Delivery

We are happy to deliver clocks personally within a reasonable distance of Southampton for a charge of 60p per mile (round trip mileage using the RAC route finder site at http://route.rac.co.uk/). Full clock set up will be included in this charge.

We can arrange overseas shipping if required. Please contact us for a quote.

Guarantees

We guarantee our clocks to be genuine and as described, and are happy to offer a full money back guarantee, if for some oversight on our part, this turns out not to be the case (extremely unlikely).

If the clock is delivered and set up by ourselves, (or by a qualified clock dealer or restorer) we are happy to guarantee the clock movement for a period of one year against any mechanical defect or breakdown, provided that this breakdown is not due to damage caused after purchase and set up.

Payment Information

We prefer payment by UK Sterling cheque, cash on delivery, bankers draft, building society cheque, or bank transfer.
